Mom Pack Membership Agreement:

To become a member of The Mom Pack, you must agree to the following:

1. You have an existing business, either on or offline. **See #9.

2. You are forbidden to use the terms "Mom Pack" or "The Mom Pack" in any form without express WRITTEN permission from an authorized Mom Pack Staff Member for other than promotion of our site; mompack.com. If you have plans to promote yourself or a group using the Mom Pack name, you must receive prior written approval beforehand.  You may also not use any of the terms that we use regarding Mom Pack ie:  Text Link Moms, Mom 2 Mom Directory, Moms Promoting Moms, etc.  Everything on our site is protected by copyright laws.

3. You are prohibited from charging a fee, monetary or otherwise, for anything related to or concerning Mom Pack. This includes the selling of Mom Packs. Mom Pack is and will stay a free networking and advertising resource for working moms.  (excluding flat shipping costs)

4. You will not post any defamatory, slanderous, libelous comments on any of the email lists or member areas of the website.  You will not post any defamatory, slanderous, libelous comments about Mom Pack or any of its members through any means of electronic mail, ie:  message boards, directories, chat rooms, email, etc.  Basically, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. 

5. You are forbidden to "copy and paste" ANY information from the web (unless you are the author) to or from any of the email lists and to or from member areas of the website. Copying and pasting, in any form, constitutes copyright violation.  By standard copyright laws you may not copy anything of any web site online, change the words around a bit and claim it as your own. 

6. The Mom Pack is NOT responsible for the views of its members. Comments posted to any of the Mom Pack email lists or member areas of the website are the responsibility of the author.

7. Absolutely NO information presented on this website can be bought, sold or forwarded. Information presented on this website and/or our interactive lists are ONLY for the use intended. Any misuse of information will result in removal from all areas of Mom Pack.

8. You will not post any notices regarding computer virus or missing person alerts. You may forward such notices directly to the moderators. A moderator may post or forward as appropriate after fact-checking.

9.  MOST IMPORTANT:  We require a link back to us in exchange for becoming a member in the Mom Pack Organization.  You can grab one here:  http://mompack.com/linktous

10.  If you join our interactive list, you will receive a full copy of our rules and various files containing other pertinent information.
